DBS Plumbing Solutions was founded in 2019 by Don and Jazmine Sargeant—two high school sweethearts with a vision of building a business that puts people first. From the very beginning, their goal was simple: deliver top-tier plumbing services at fair prices, all while creating a workplace that values work-life balance and employee growth.

Don’s Journey to Master Plumber

Before becoming a Master Plumber in 2018, Don wore many hats—auto mechanic, marine mechanic, drywall finisher, and even construction superintendent. His diverse experience gave him a rock-solid foundation in troubleshooting, coordination, and quality work. After spending years honing his plumbing skills at Jolly Plumbing and KW Mechanical, Don struck out on his own with one goal in mind: raise the standard for local plumbing services.

Jazmine’s Expertise Behind the Scenes

With 25 years in market research (starting at SIRS, Inc. and now with RDI), Jazmine brings a deep understanding of customer needs and business strategy to the table. Her behind-the-scenes work helps keep DBS efficient, responsive, and in tune with what customers actually want from their plumbing company.
